Millbrook Resort's award-winning Executive Chef is Andi Bozhiqi.

Award winning chef Andi Bozhiqi trained at prestigious Michelin Star restaurants in Europe for nine years before settling down with his wife in the picturesque Queenstown.

Originally from Albania located in the Mediterranean, Andi’s heritage is evident in his food, with his culinary skills an exciting mix of traditional family knowledge and modern big-city influences.  Working at Millbrook Andi calls on his experience from the top kitchens of London and has a passion and knowledge for food, working closely with local farmers and artisan suppliers ranging from Cadrona Merino Lamb and Gibbston Valley Cheeses which features strongly in our resort Menus.

Andi was recently awarded the New Zealand Beef and Lamb Excellence Award in 2012 and leads Millbrook's experienced and exceptional team of chefs catering across all four restaurants, plus events and weddings.
